Where do I pay may annual assessments:
Payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 1574, Navasota, Texas 77868 or taken by any board members residence.
When is trash day?
City Utility Customers trash day is generally on Mondays. Trash cans can be placed by the curb on Sunday evening and must be picked up Monday evening.
What can I park in my driveway?
The Restrictive Covenants/Deed Restrictions do not allow for trailers, BBQ pits, toys, trash cans, or any item other than a vehicle to be parked in your drive way. See Restrictions for additional information.
Who has to abide by the HOA Deed Restrictions?
Every residence is bound by the terms of the deed restrictions. It is our responsibility to also make sure that our guests know the deed restrictions that they could be violating.
What do I do if I see a violation of our deed restrictions?
Residents are able to report violations by sending an email to one of the board members informing them of the possible violation. The board will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
Who do I contact for questions regarding the HOA?
Any question can be directed to any of the board members.
Is there a Phase 2 to the HOA?
Yes. When will it be developed? Unknown.
